Upload a poster

Upload your poster file
Click 'Upload Poster' on the Posters page and select an image file. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and PDF.
- Choose a campaign to associate the poster with.
- After uploading, use the editor to position one or more QR code overlays on the poster.
- Each overlay links to an existing QR code from your campaign.
Tip: Use high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) for best print quality.

Preview your poster
Each poster has a visual profile showing a thumbnail preview, the campaign it belongs to, and any QR codes overlaid on it.
- Thumbnails are generated automatically from your upload.
- Click a poster card to view the full-size preview and edit overlays.
- Download the final poster with QR codes baked in, ready for printing.
Poster insights

Track poster performance
View aggregated scan data across all QR codes on a poster. See which posters drive the most engagement.
- Scan counts are rolled up from every QR code overlaid on the poster.
- Stale posters (no recent scans) are flagged automatically so you know which placements need attention.
Tip: Combine poster insights with map placements to see which physical locations perform best.
Managing posters

Edit and organize posters
From the poster detail page, you can rename the poster, change its campaign, update QR code overlays, or delete it entirely.
- Re-upload a new image to replace the poster while keeping the same QR code overlays.
- Deleting a poster does not delete the underlying QR codes.
